For youths and teenagers, peer pressure can be a challenging situation to handle,
but we are here to assist. Nothing is more important than your health and well-being. Here are some tips that can help you resist the pressure to vape:

Know the facts: Educate yourself on the REAL risks and dangers of vaping, including the potential health consequences and high possibility of addiction.
Set boundaries: Make it clear to your peers that you do not vape and that you do not want to participate in it. Stand firm and be confident in your decision.
Seek support: Mix with friends who share your values and interests, and those who will stand by you in your decision not to vape.
Learn to say “No”: Start saying no to peer pressure but in a calm and assertive way. You can provide responses like, "No thanks, I don't vape," or "I'm not interested in vaping."
Suggest alternatives: If your peers are pressuring you to vape, suggest alternative activities or doing something else together that does not involve vaping. Do your best to influence them instead of allowing them to influence you.
Remember, you have the power to make your own decisions, and standing firm for what you believe in is an important part of confidence building and self-assertion.
